Luis Manuel Rubiales Béjar, (born 23 August 1977), used to be a Spanish football official and a player. He played as a defender and took part in 53 matches in the La Liga over three seasons. He held the position of president in the Royal Spanish Football Federation and was also one of the vice presidents of UEFA. However, on 10 September 2023, he stepped down from his role due to a scandal related to Jennifer Hermoso during the award ceremony for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup final.
