Lynne Ober (born July 10, 1943) is an American politician from the state of New Hampshire. She used to be a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She was a Republican from the Hillsborough 37th district, and was elected for the first time in 2004.

During the 2021 New Hampshire budget negotiations, she disobeyed orders by house speaker Sherman Packard and majority leader Jason Osborne. Packard then took away Ober's position as vice chair of the house finance committee. She and her husband Russell Ober then resigned.[1][2][3]
