Manado (Indonesian pronunciation: [maˈnado]) is the capital city of the Indonesian province of North Sulawesi. It is the second largest city in Sulawesi after Makassar, with 1.2 million living in the metropolitian area as of 2018.[1] The city is located near the Bay of Manado.[2]
