Mickey Jones (June 10, 1941 – February 7, 2018) was an American drummer and actor. He was born in Houston, Texas. His career as a drummer had him backing up such artists and bands as Trini Lopez, Johnny Rivers, Bob Dylan, Kenny Rogers and The Band. He was known for his roles in Home Improvement, National Lampoon's Vacation, and Tin Cup.

Jones died on February 7, 2017 from complications of a long-illness at the age of 76.[1]
