Mohsen Mojtahed Shabestari
Ayatollah[1] Mohsen Mojtahed Shabestari (Persian: محسن مجتهد شبستری; 1937 – 17 November 2021) was an Iranian Shiite cleric and politician. He was born in Shabestar, Iran. He was a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly between 1980 until 1988 and again from 1992 until 2000. He was also a member of the Assembly of Experts between 1983 until his death.
Shabestari died on 17 November 2021 in Tehran, Iran from cardiac arrest.[2]
