Monster.com is a job website created in 1999 when two other sites, The Monster Board (TMB) and Online Career Centre (OCC), joined together. It's a part of a big company called Monster Worldwide, Inc. and is owned by another company, Randstad Holding, from the Netherlands. Monster.com's main office is in Weston, Massachusetts. They are known for a famous TV ad that played during Super Bowl XXXIII where kids talk about not-so-great jobs they want when they grow up.[2]
