Nabi Şensoy

Nabi Şensoy (May 25, 1945 – February 7, 2018) was a Turkish politician. He was born in Istanbul. He was the Ambassador of Turkey to the United States.[1]
Şensoy held that office beginning in January 2006.[2] He was recalled to Turkey in October 2007 after the United States criticized Turkey for the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.[3] He returned to his position shortly afterwards.
Şensoy resigned in December of 2009.[2]
Şensoy died on February 7, 2018 in İzmir, Turkey at the age of 73.[4]
