Norbert Ratsirahonana

Norbert Lala Ratsirahonana (born November 18, 1938) is a Malagasy politician. He is a member of the Judged by Your Work Party. Ratsirahonana was born in Antsiranana, French Madagascar. From 1996 to 1997, he was the Prime Minister of Madagascar. During the same years, he was the Acting President of Madagascar.

He ran for president in the December 2001 presidential election, but dropped out of the race.[1]
