The North America nebula (also known as NGC 7000 or Caldwell 20) is an emission nebula in the Cygnus constellation. It is about 1,600 light-years away from Earth. It is called the North America Nebula because its shape resembles North America. It can be found with a small telescope next to Deneb. However, it cannot be found with the naked eye. The North America Nebula is a star-forming region.
