In April 2025, the Norway women's national cricket team toured Portugal to play a three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series. This marked the first official T20I encounters between the two nations.

The series opened with a closely contested match on April 7, where Norway scored 77/8, and Portugal matched the total but lost on the Golden Ball rule after a tie.[1]

In the second T20I on April 8, Norway successfully chased down Portugal’s target of 74/1, winning by 9 wickets via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method.[2]

The final match on April 9 saw Portugal win by 5 wickets, scoring 92/5 while restricting Norway to 89/5.[3]

The series was instrumental in providing international exposure and improving the competitive standards of both teams.
