Patients Association

The Patients Association is an independent charity based in London. It aims to improve patients' experience of healthcare.[1] It started in 1963, and became a registered charity in 1991.

Rachel Power is the Chief Executive.[2]

It runs a national helpline which helps people find their way around the often complex world of health and social care. It runs focus groups and surveys for patients.
