Patrick St. Esprit
Patrick St. Esprit (born May 18, 1954)[1] is an American character actor. He was born in California. He is best known as Romulus Thread in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Elliot Oswald in Sons of Anarchy, Secretary Alexander Haig in Killing Reagan and as Major Lou Wysession in the Netflix series Narcos.
