Regina King (born January 15, 1971 in Los Angeles) is an American movie and television actress and model. She began acting in 1985 with NBC's situation comedy 227, on which program she stayed until 1990. She has performed in many movies, including Jerry Maguire, Boyz n the Hood (1991) and Higher Learning (1995). She voiced both Huey and Riley Freeman in the Adult Swim television series The Boondocks.
