Reinøya is an island in Karlsøy Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. It has an area of 147 square kilometers (57 sq mi). It is east of the large island of Ringvassøya. while the small island of Karlsøya lies to the north of Reinøya. Ullsfjorden is along the eastern coast of Reinøya. The southern part of Reinøya was part of Tromsø Municipality until 1 January 2008 when it was transferred to Karlsøy Municipality.[1][2][3][4]
