The Renault 5 is a car produced by Renault from 1978 to 1994. It was sold in two generations with the second arriving in 1985. It was replaced by the Renault Clio in 1990 but it remained on sale until 1996 as the budget Campus model.
It was available as hatchback with three or five doors, and with 4-cylinder petrol and diesel engines from 35 to 94 hp, and as the Renault 5 Turbo with 110 or 160 hp.
