Rio Kitagawa (Japanese: 北川莉央, Hepburn: Kitagawa Rio) (born March 16, 2004) is a Japanese singer and dancer. She is a 15th generation member of Japanese girl group Morning Musume.

On June 22, 2019, she was announced as a winner of the Morning Musume '19 LOVE Audition and would join Morning Musume as a 15th generation member alongside Homare Okamura and Mei Yamazaki.[1][2]
