River Cottage Spring is a Channel 4 television programme. It follows Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at his Dorset home and his teaching school River Cottage. It shows him and his team, harvesting crops, cooking organic food and teaches families how to be smallholders. He also challenges Tesco to change its chicken products from battery-farmed to organic and free-range reared. "Chicken products" refers to the eggs as well as the meat.
