Robert Clary (born Robert Max Widerman; March 1, 1926) is a French-American actor, writer and lecturer. He is best known for his role as Corporal LeBeau ("Frenchie") in the television sitcom Hogan's Heroes. He is the last surviving main cast member since the death of Cynthia Lynn in March 2014.[1]

Clary was born in Paris. He is Jewish and survived the Buchenwald concentration camp in Weimar, Germany during the Holocaust of World War II.[2]
