Rodney Terry Latham was born 12 June, 1961 in Christchurch. He played four test matches and 33 one-day internationals for New Zealand from 1990 to 1994. He also played for Canterbury in the Plunket Shield and rugby for Canterbury. He is the father of New Zealand cricketer Tom Latham.
