Rodolfo Martín Villa (born 3 October 1934) is a Spanish engineer and politician. He was the Deputy Prime Minister of Spain from 1981 to 1982.

He is being investigated in Argentina for murder and crimes against humanity during the 1976 Vitoria massacre.[1][2][3]
