Rodrigo Borja Cevallos (19 June 1935 – 18 December 2025) was an Ecuadorian politician. He was President of Ecuador from 10 August 1988 to 10 August 1992.[1][2]
He focused on Ecuador's economic problems during his presidency, and he increased collaboration with other countries in the Americas.
Cevallos was born on 19 June 1935 in Quito, Ecuador. He was a direct descendant of Pope Alexander VI.
Cevallos died in Quito on 18 December 2025, at the age of 90.[3]
