Rolf Sand

Rolf Sand, 1959

Rolf Sand (21 February 1920 – 20 May 2018) was a Norwegian actor. He was born in Oslo. He was known for his role in Holberg's comedy Den pantsatte bondedreng.

From 1952 to 1954 he was assigned at Trøndelag Teater, and then at Riksteatret from 1954 to 1958. He was appointed at Det Norske Teatret from 1962 until his retirement in 1987.[1][2]

Sand died in Oslo on 20 May 2018 at the age of 98.[3]
