The Kovači are the oldest roma community in Montenegro. They speak Montenegrin language and Albanian language instead of the Romani language. They live mostly in Ulcinj and Bar, Montenegro and hide there Romani Background.[1][2] There are also many Roma refugees in Montenegro. They fled to Montenegro during the Kosovo War and live in Podgorica[3][4]
