Ron Sider

Ronald James Sider (September 17, 1939 – July 27, 2022) was a Canadian-born American theologian and social activist. He was the founder of Evangelicals for Social Action. He was also a founding board member of the National Religious Partnership for the Environment. He was a professor at Palmer Theological Seminary. Sider was born in Stevensville, Canada.

Sider died on July 27, 2022 at his home in Wayne, Pennsylvania from a heart attack, aged 82.[1]
