Selma Poutsma (born 14 May 1999 in The Hague) is a Dutch speed skater. From 2014 to 2018 she competed for France.

She was 2014 Dutch junior speed skating champion. In 2014 she moved to Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via. She was French junior champion four times.

She competed at the 2018 European Short Track Speed Skating Championships, winning a bronze medal in relay, and 2021 European Short Track Speed Skating Championships winning two silver medals.[1]
