Shamilia Shontell Connell (born 14 July 1992 in Barbados) is a Barbadian cricketer.[1] She is a right arm fast bowler who bats right-handed. In domestic cricket, she has played for Barbados Women from 2010.[2]

Connell has played in international cricket for West Indies Women since 2014. She made her debuts in both of the One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) formats that year. Her first T20I was on 23 September against New Zealand Women at the Arnos Vale Playing Field in St Vincent.[3] She then travelled to Australia with West Indies Women and played in her first ODI on 11 November, against Australia Women at the Hurstville Oval in Sydney.[4] As of September 2025, Connell has played in 72 ODIs and 75 T20Is for West Indies Women; she has also played in three T20Is for Barbados Women.[2]
