Silvia Avegno (born 15 June 1997 in Genoa) is an Italian water polo player. She was a member of the Italian women's national water polo team. She played at the 2018 Women's European Water Polo Championship[1] and 2019 World Aquatics Championships.[2]
She played for Rapallo Pallanuoto.[1]
