Sonni Hönscheid

Sonja "Sonni" Hönscheid (born 27 May 1981 on Sylt, Germany) is a German professional surfer. She is a three time champion in stand up paddling (SUP),[1] and a twelve times German champion in surfing. She won the 2019 International Canoe Federation (ICF) Stand Up Paddling championship.[2]

She won the Molokai 2 Oahu Paddleboard World Championships, in 2014, 2015 and 2016. She won the 2019 Carolina Cup.[3]
