Stephen Vizinczey
Stephen Vizinczey, originally István Vizinczey[1] (12 May 1933 – 18 August 2021) was a Hungarian-Canadian author and writer. He took part in the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. He learned English writing scripts for Canada's National Film Board and the CBC. He edited Canada's short-lived literary magazine, Exchange.
He was known for his book In Praise of Older Women, which has been made into two movies.[2]
Vizinczey died on 18 August 2021 at the age of 87.[3]
