Sunflower butter

Sunflower butter, also called sunflower seed butter, is a nut butter like spread made from sunflower seeds.[1] It is commonly used as an alternative for people with nut allergies.[2] It has a mild flavor if other flavors like salt and sugar aren't added to it.

In 2011, brands of sunflower butter had came to most retail stores.[3]
