Hi, I am wolfy (new message) from de-WP. I added the interwiki link to the German article named Indigene Völker Nordamerikas, which does not match exactly. A correct match (at the same level of abstraction) in German could be Ureinwohner Amerikas, which does not exist. The English meaning of the current target link is Indigenous Peoples of North America, treating this topic following the definition by United Nations Working Group on Indigenous Peoples (see in German: UNWGIP).
