Appropriateness for Simple English Wiki[change source]
I don't feel like this is written in Simple English at all. A good comparison would be the Simple English article on manifolds, and varieties are basically manifolds with "kinks and crossings." 134.102.210.102 (talk) 18:12, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
