Comparative advantage is related to competitive advantage in that they both have the same initials.

Other than that, no, they are not related any more than the colour of a bus is related to the number of its wheels. Both the paint and the wheels adorn the bus.

I propose to remove this irrelevant line and replace it with a reference to the good article on Ricardian Economics.
