There are many people (including myself and a medical colleague of mine from Cuba) who believe that GWB is closer to being a dictator than Castro. At the very least, the selection of examples of dictators should be more carefully done so as to not include the very conservative POV that is currently contained in this article. It would be better to say that "a country that is ruled by a dictator is NOT a democracy." The use of the word "never" implies that dictators can't take over via/after a democracy. Remember Hitler's ascent to power? And remember the coups in Latin America that deposed democratically-elected leaders?
