Quick and dirty: Go to Wikimedia Commons (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page). Search for the image you're looking for. I use: [[File:filename.jpg |thumb|right|250px| caption text ]] if it's a stand-alone. When adding an image to an infobox, just add the filename where it calls for it and the caption where it calls for it. I'll add a file as an example. Feel free to change it. Apparently I spoke too soon. Couldn't find anything at Wikimedia Commons. The English Wikipedia allows uploaded files but we don't. So if Commons doesn't have it, we either go without or upload a copyright free image to Commons, then use it here. Anyway, here's the en:Wikipedia:Picture tutorial.
