This large, new section is written in scientific jargon with a great many technical terms that are not explained or (even used) in other Simple English articles. I see no hope of simplifying it as a whole, so I propose to delete it entire. If someone wants to summarize the most important parts in a few simplified paragraphs, it would be welcome, and that can be done by working from the Article History. Even better, however, would be a few broader articles introducing the various methods of genetic investigation that are alluded to. Jim.henderson (talk) 13:45, 4 September 2023 (UTC)
