Former/Reigning[change source]
Can anyone confirm if Jeff is the reigning champion as described in the top paragraph? It was first changed to "former" champion by User:69.158.4.165 and "former" was written in all caps, somewhat vandal-like. Later, User:Either way kept "former", but 'de-capitalized' it.
