List of popes[change source]

I have been searching Simple English Wikipedia for an article entitled List of popes. I have finally discovered this, just as I was about to copy/paste the entire list over from Wikipedia. I notice this has a gold star on top.

Why on Earth is this page called by the confusing name of "List of ages of popes"? Given the simplistic way in which the site works, even when I discovered this, it took me a while to realise that the term "era" (or something) had been translated as "age". I expected the page to be about who was old, and who was young!

It needs moving to "list of popes" pure and simple. I am an experienced wikipedia user, and If it took me many minutes to locate it, when I wanted to link a pope, then our basic readers will never find it at all! Amandajm (talk) 12:09, 7 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
