This isn't encyclopedia material, really. It's dictionary material. -Eoseth-

Interesting comment. While I personally agree that a definition of the word does not belong here, that has not yet been accepted as policy here on this Wikipedia (though I am working to try to make that happen). However, an link to an article on live (band), etc. would not at all be out of place, I think, as well as any encyclopedic modifications to the article. I'm sure that the way biologists define whether something is alive or not would be a perfect encyclopedic addition to this article. --Cromwellt|talk 09:00, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
