About notability (because of the text "probably not notable anyway"). This book was released by a well-known Finnish book publishing company WSOY, it was written by Keijo Korhonen, a former foreign minister of Finland, and the book has been reviewed by Finland's biggest newspaper Helsingin Sanomat [1].
