Orc in Orlando Furioso[change source]

The story of an "orco" (Italian for ogre) which captures Lucina, daughter of king Tibiano and fiancee of Noradino, king of Damasco, is found in Orlando Innamorato, and is the work of Boiardo. This article incorrectly assigns it to Orlando Furioso by Ariosto. This orco is not a sea creature. It is a powerful, ugly, blind giant, similar to Polyphemus. 2001:1970:48C1:9600:8565:5F8D:1410:57B2 (talk) 21:48, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I forgot to add: this orco story is found in Libro III, canto III. 2001:1970:48C1:9600:8565:5F8D:1410:57B2 (talk) 21:52, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
