Things I would improve in this article

I have lived in the Philippines and learned about this endangered species, so I think I could improve this article by:

1. Add more information about the species like its habitat, food of choice, etc.
2. Explain the lead section better
3. Add links that refer to these species

For a stub article with 3 sentences, this page has a good number of sources already (5). Your other suggestions are vague or not necessary. The lead paragraph already gives alternate names for the bird. What information DOESN'T this article tell about? Suggest some specific part of a bird's life or habits that this article doesn't cover yet. THAT is what you can add to it. If you happen to write about something that does or could have a Wikipedia article about it, that's a good reason to add a link. Don't just add random links if they're not directly about the topic.
