Delete rationale:

It doesn't qualify for notability rule/guideline. It doesn't provide any info but a simple entry. Wikipedia is not a dictionary nor is a list of every village on the earth.
The only purpose of creating this article was to prevent deleting the same one from Lithuanian wikipedia ("look, simple english also has it, why do you wanna delete?"). It was created by the same person, known troll.

There is some disagreement on this wiki over the question of whether or not we have room to include "every village on Earth". Personally, I feel we have plenty of room, just as any gazeteer attempts to list every village on Earth. At any rate, we are not dealing with this via QD. Well, it was deleted from russian wikipedia (fix your interwikis) and it's gonna be deleted from lithuanian. If you think this one-sentence „article“ about unknown village is encyclopedic info indeed, thats your business, every wiki may have different rules. It's not unknown, Pap or Pop is a city of Namangan Province, Uzbekistan, with numerous web references, and over 22,000 inhabitants.[1]
