Editors may add or convert helpful relative shortcuts or redirect url to the plain descriptions for improving prescription an important and neglected paper piece of human life for better and convenient experience by readers who are likely to face explanation difficultly in any medical conversation with professionals or personals in consult room. Hand written format of prescribed medicine and importance of clear visibility of it to the paitent.

A guideline for writing a concise paragraph for describing a commonly experienced situation of not being able to narrate someone for information asking of any medicine in doctor's absence who wrote it keeping his comfort of time in mind but ignoring future difficultly of patient if the prescription paper is the left reffence and evidence of medication. I have seen many who doesn't care whether a paitent specially an old age or a villager or in some cases a child will understand it or not If the medicine writer is absent in a crucial time. Doctors do not own a trademark or face a breech of trust issue if write a medicine and observations in clearly visible style for the paitent. I think experiences should be given equal place to the facts and tradtions to guide readers in this regard. Guidelines on subject is welcomed before words and their structures for expressing is explained. This can be done with guidance and needed practice for sure.
