"the most-read nationwide quality-newspaper in Germany"[change source]

This article says SZ is "the most-read nationwide quality-newspaper in Germany". Does "quality-newspaper" have some particular meaning in German? In English it seems to be saying that there are other newspapers that are read more, but have lower quality than this one. This seems biased without a citation. Eptalon, do you know?
