We don't have articles about municipal beauty-contests; this article is arguably about the same non-notable sort of thing. (The one wiki article in Italian, is arguably enough.)
(No explanation of how the subject possibly can be notable.)
The subject of the article does not look notable. Anyone has my
support, in starting the process to have the article deleted.
