Ted Owens (basketball)

Ted Owens (born July 16, 1929) is an American college basketball coach. He was the coach of the University of Kansas men's basketball team from 1964 to 1983. He is the fourth-winningest coach in Jayhawks basketball history.[1] He was born in Hollis, Oklahoma.

Owens was inducted into the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame on August 3, 2009.
