Starting visibility: currently automatically selects itself to autocollapse

To set this template's starting visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

• |state=collapsed: {{Czech Republic squad UEFA Euro 2000|state=collapsed}} to show the template collapsed, i.e., hidden apart from its title bar
• |state=expanded: {{Czech Republic squad UEFA Euro 2000|state=expanded}} to show the template expanded, i.e., fully visible
• |state=autocollapse: {{Czech Republic squad UEFA Euro 2000|state=autocollapse}}
