Usage

You are encouraged to substitute this template using {{subst:duck}}.

The job of the duck template is WP:DUCK relating to Checkuser requests. "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck". Meaning if a user changes look like and the user acts like other it most likely is the same person.
