Usage

This template is used to create imagemaps for United States presidential elections. It accepts two parameters: |year= for the year of the election, and |image= for the image to use.

Generally, a template is created for each year, such as Template:2024 United States presidential election imagemap. This template automatically populates the category Category:United States presidential election imagemaps

Examples

{{United States presidential election imagemap|image=ElectoralCollege2024.svg|year=2024}} generates

Notes

This should not be used for elections prior to 1960, due to the admission of Alaska and Hawaii. A future version may be more compatible.
